Recipe: Meatloaf with Raisins

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats

MEATLOAF SURPRISE
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground sausage
Onions, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Raisins
Cheddar cheese, grated
Catsup
Brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Take half of meat mixture and place on rimmed cookie sheet, molding it into an oval shape hollowing out the center. Fill with cheese. Cover over with remaining meat. Coat with catsup and brown sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
