Melting Moments with Lemon Frosting

1 cup butter/margarine
1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup cornstarch

Cream butter; add sugar and beat well. Sift flour and cornstarch together and gradually add to margarine and sugar, beating until smooth. Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cookies do not brown. Frost with lemon frosting when cooled.

Lemon Frosting

1/4 cup butter/margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest

Cream butter/margarine; gradually add sugar and lemon juice, beating until smooth. Stir in lemon zest.
