Recipe(tried): Mexican Rice, Taco Salad - Side Dishes for Chili

Side Dishes - Assorted
My mom used to always serve chili with baked potatoes. My stepmom serves it with elbow macaroni. I've started doing taco salads or serving it with Mexican Rice.

Mexican Rice

3 cups rice
1/2 cup salsa

Just prepare the rice as usual, but add the salsa while cooking. You can add more salsa or other mexican seasonings depending on you tastes.

Taco Salad

Crumble torilla chips on each plate. Top with Lettuce, Tomatoe, Onion, (anything you like in a salad... top with chili. Top that with Salsa, sour cream (or ranch dressing is really yummy!) cheddar cheese and jalepenos.

Everyone that has ever had my taco salad has just raved over it. It's one of my favorites.
