Recipe(tried): Minute Maid Lemon Sauce Bread Pudding - This came out wonderful

I made this for dessert at lunch today and it came out wonderfully. I added the zest of a large lemon to the lemon sauce you spread on the slices, didn't remove the crusts from the bread and added a bit more lemonade concentrate to the sauce you pour over before baking. Very yummy and rave reviews from those at lunch. This time I used real eggs and half evaporated skim and half skim for the milk. Next time I'll try egg replacement.
