Found this recipe on at kitchenlink dating back to 97. Added a variation or two and the teens loved it!
No bake cocunut power bars
1/2 honey
1/2 peanut butter
1 cup dry nonfat milk solids
1 cup chopped butter toffee peanuts
toasted cocunut, about 1 cup
Mix honey and peanut butter. Add peanuts, stir. Add dry milk until it has the consistency to hold together. Roll in toasted coconut.
Enjoy- yes, they are sweet but not overpowering.
