No Peek Beef
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef stew meat
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) bottle club soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an 8 inch square baking dish, layer above ingredients in the order listed. Cover well with aluminum foil; no peeking allowed during the baking process. Bake for 2 1/2 hours and serve over rice. Serves 5 or 6. Boneless pork or chicken may be substituted
for the beef.
