Recipe(tried): Pineapple Sheet Cake

Pineapple Sheet Cake

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 (No.2)can pineapple, crushed
2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients together; add pineapple and eggs. Beat. Pour into a greased sheet cake pan.

Add separately on top:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing:
1 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

Boil 3 minutes. Pour over cake immediately when taken from oven.
