Recipe: nougat creme--What is it?

Hi Doug, I've never made nougat creme before but I think you make a combination chocolate/filberts(hazelnuts), the best idea I have is to melt chocolate on a double boiler and add some finely chopped or grinded hazelnuts. Or you can use 'Nutella' which is a choco. creme/hazelnut spread that you can find in your local supermarket!! Let me know how/if worked!!!!
