Recipe: Nutmeg Bread (bread machine)

Nutmeg Bread (bread machine)

1 cup water
1 1/2 Egg
1 1/2 tbsp fruit juice concentrate
2 1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt (1/4 tsp +)
1/3 tsp nutmeg (1/3 tsp+)
1 1/2 tbsp vital gluten (up to 3 tbsp), optional
3 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Cinnamon may be substituted for the nutmeg, if desired.
