Recipe: Orange Cloud Salad (jello, sherbet, marshmallows, fruit and Cool Whip)

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
ORANGE CLOUD SALAD

2 packages (3 ounces each) orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add the sherbet and stir until melted.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

Spoon into dessert glasses and refrigerate until firm.
