Desserts - Pies and Tarts
ORANGE DREAM PIE

1 (1 oz.) Package Jello White Chocolate Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix
1 3/4 cup skim milk
1 small tub Crystal Light Orange Sunrise Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
4 packets Splenda
1/3 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 (8 oz.) container Fat Free Cool Whip, thawed

In a medium bowl, combine the pudding, milk, soft drink mix, and Splenda with a wire whisk until blended well. Place into the refrigerator until set (about 20 minutes).

Spray the sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie pan with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle the graham crackers into the bottom and up the sides evenly. Set aside.

Once the pudding mixture has set up, fold the Cool Whip in and spread the mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust. Place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
