Makes 20 candies 

28 KRAFT Caramels, unwrapped 
1 tablespoon water 
60 Mini OREO Bite Size Chocolate Sandwich Cookies 
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted 

Heat caramels and water in small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until melted and smooth; set aside. 
Arrange chocolate sandwich cookies in 20 clusters of 3 on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. 
Spoon 1 teaspoonful caramel mixture over each cookie cluster. Spoon 1 teaspoonful melted chocolate over caramel. Let stand until set. Remove from baking sheet. Store in airtight container
