Recipe: Ham Balls

Ham Balls

1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 small onion finely minced

Mix all ingredients shape into 1 inch balls.

Cook until dissolved:
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
Then stir in 1 heaping tablespoon prepared mustard.
Place ham balls in casserole pour mixture over and bake uncovered at 325 for
an hour
makes 4 to 5 dozens balls
