Recipe: Party Cheese Ball (quantity recipe)

Party Cheese Ball (quantity recipe)

1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 pound 8 oz blue cheese, crumbled
2 pounds sharp cheddar cheese shredded
3 oz onion, finely minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients until smooth, using flat beater. Shape into two balls, 2 pounds 4 oz each. chill

NOTE: ball may be rolled in chopped pecans, snipped fresh parsley, or paprika.
NOTE: cheese mixture may be shaped into a long roll. After chilling, slice and serve on crackers or other canape base.
