Recipe: Pastrami with Havarti Sandwich

PASTRAMI WITH HAVARTI SANDWICH

1/4 lb. Certified Angus Beef pastrami, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, pur ed
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped dill
2 pieces, Havarti cheese, thinly sliced
2 sliced French bread
2 red onion rings, thinly sliced

Mix together pur ed cucumber, sour cream and dill; set aside.

Place pastrami and cheese between bread slices. Grill on a nonstick griddle over medium-high heat until cheese melts.

Open sandwich, add onion ring slices and two tablespoons sour cream sauce.

Makes 1 sandwich
