Recipe: Peach Crisp Pie (Comstock pie filling recipe)

PEACH CRISP PIE

1 egg
2 tablespoons light cream
1 (21 ounce) can Comstock Peach Pie Filling
1 unbaked (8-inch) pie shell
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter

In medium bowl beat egg; add cream and stir in pie filling. Spread into pie shell; set aside.

In bowl blend sugar, flour and butter with fork: sprinkle over filling.

Bake in 425 degrees F oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 375 degrees F and continue baking 30 to 35 minutes.

Make 1 (8-inch) pie
