Recipe: Peaches 'n Cream Pie (repost) for Tracey/VA

Desserts - Pies and Tarts
Hi Tracey :-) This is not quite the recipe that you are looking for but until someone posts that one, maybe you will enjoy this one posted by David/VA.

"This is a GREAT recipe... It's a bit rich... LOL...anyway... It's a good one for sure. "

Peaches 'n Cream Pie

1 Graham cracker crust
6 Large Peaches, fully ripe
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
1/3Cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Line the pie crust with half of the sliced peaches. Combine cream cheese, condensed sweet milk, lemon juice and vanilla; mix very well. Pour over the peaches; top with
remaining peaches. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill for 4 to 6 hours before serving.

This is simply delicious! The fresh taste of peaches, and the textures of a cheescake all in a simple recipe like this. Try this one friends! It's absolutley wonderful! Promise you that. It's not one of my families, but one I've enjoyed for years. The local peaches are now comeing into season here, the smell of those wonderful fruits are near perfection, nearly addictive! Love those good old 'southern peaches!

Peace To All On TKL,
David In Virginia
