Peanut Butter Candy
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut, unsweetened
Mix together the peanut butter, raisins, honey and vanilla. Spread the coconut on a flat pan or waxed paper. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture on the coconut. Roll the balls in the coconut. Chill in the refrigerator.

1 1/3 c. chopped nuts, crushed
cereal or shredded coconut
Combine peanut butter, raisins, honey, cocoa and vanilla in a bowl; stir until well blended. Spread chopped nuts, crushed cereal or shredded coconut in flat pan or dish; drop cocoa mixture by teaspoonfuls and roll into desired coating until well covered. Chill. Makes about 30 candies. You get more if you make them smaller.

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. honey
1 c. raisins
1 c. peanut butter
1 3/4 to 2 c. shredded coconut
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except coconut, mix well. Shape in 1 1/4 inch balls. Roll in coconut; place on prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until firm. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
