Recipe(tried): Peanut Butter Pie (using cream cheese and Cool Whip)

Desserts - Pies and Tarts
PEANUT BUTTER PIE

1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy seems to work best)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed, divided use
1 readymade graham cracker pie crust
FOR TOPPING:
chocolate sauce or crushed peanut butter cups

Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and half the Cool Whip til smooth.

Just a tip, I've found it mixes better if you microwave the peanut butter and cream cheese for just a minute or so just until softened (makes it easier to mix).

Pour mixture into pie crust and top with remaining Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate sauce or crushed peanut butter cups over top. Refrigerate.
