PINEAPPLE FILLING
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
Combine sugar and flour in a small saucepan, add pineapple and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, cover and cool to room temperature.
Makes 2 2/3 cups
