Poor Man's Steak
From: Wendy...Ohio

1 lb hamburger
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 small onion chopped fine

Mix well and shape in a narrow loaf Let it set for at least 8 hours or overnight. Slice in pieces and fry until brown Put slices in layers in a roaster pan and spread mushroom soup on each piece Use 1 can of soup Bake 1 hour at 325
