Recipe: Timbucktu Casserole

Timbucktu Casserole
From: Wendy...Ohio

1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sweet green pepper chopped
1-lb. lean ground beef
2 cups cooked macaroni
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated

Brown beef, peppers, and onions; drain well. Mix meat mixture with cooked macaroni, soup, and small amount of water and salt to taste. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole and top with cheese. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
