Recipe: Pizza Burger Pie

Pizza Burger Pie
From: Wendy...Ohio

1 1b ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1 can pizza sauce
1 cup shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400F. Grease a 10 inch pie plate.

Brown beef, onions and stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate.

Beat milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth. Pour over hamburger.

Bake for 25 minutes. Top with pizza sauce and cheese.

Bake 5-8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
