Here is a very quick and delicious chicken casserole dish. If you like anything with Poppy seeds in it, you will really like this dish.
POPPY SEED CHICKEN
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 roll ritz brand crackers, crushed
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter of margarine, melted
2 tbsp. poppyseeds
Place your cooked chicken in a buttered casserole dish. Mix (undiluted) soup and sour cream together and add to chicken.
Mix melted butter, cracker crumbs and poppy seeds. Place cracker mixture on top of chicken mixture.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
