Recipe: Potato Casserole

Potato Casserole

3 cups potatoes, sliced
1 cup onions, sliced
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 cup cooked meat, cubed
1 cups milk
8 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix sliced raw vegetables, placing a layer of vegetables, then meat in greased casserole until all ingredients are used. Mix flour with cold water until smooth, then mix with milk and pour over vegetable mixture. Dot with butter and bake at 375 F., for 1 hour.
