POTATO SLOPPY JOE BAKE
1 lb ground beef
1 can (15 1/2oz) sloppy joe sauce
1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 pkg (32oz) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add sloppy sauce and soup. Place hash browns in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture. Cover and bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes more or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese.
