Savory Oven Brisket (using coffee, catsup, honey)

Yield: 6 servings

3 lb brisket
1/2 cup black coffee
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Sear meat on all sides and place in a Dutch oven with the above combined ingredients.

Simmer on stove top until done, 2 1/2 to 3 hours or in a 325 degree oven for the same time. To serve, slice on the diagonal.
