GINGER GRILLED TENDERLOIN
2 whole Smithfield* tenderloin (about 1 1/2 lb total)
2 cups dry white wine OR chicken broth
4 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
Remove tenderloins from marinade. Discard marinade.
Heat gas grill to medium.
Grill tenderloins in covered grill, turning occasionally for 15-20 minutes, until thermometer inserted reads 150-155F.
Slice and serve.
*Smithfield Lean Generation Pork:
Due to the lean nature of SLGP, it cooks 15 - 20% faster than traditional pork. Please remember this when substituting SLGP in other recipes. Do Not Overcook.
