Recipe(tried): Shrimp and Lobster Extraordinaire - I made this

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
Thought I'd report back and let you know that I made this -- and it was good.
I however never leave things as is and monkey with everything I try so thought I'd add to the post

First if you look at the seafood amounts and the sauce ammount you can see it is very "meaty"!! You could cut back if you so chose -- and I don't think it would hurt a bit.

I could not find frozen crab so I used with some concern imitation and it worked fine but I did not put in near as much as called for

I added garlic and some bacon and a bit of fresh parmisean cheese I had to use up (only about 1/8 cup)

I think If I did it again I would leave the lobster whole or at least 1/2 tails rather then cutting them up -- then when serving I would lay them atop each serving

my lobster was $18 a pound so I would rather have it be whole and REALLY present ;-)

we served with pasta

thanks
