Recipe: Shrimp Scampi (5 ingredients)

Shrimp Scampi

Serves 4

1/2 pound shelled and deveined shrimp
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
virgin first pressed olive oil
1 Tbls Vermouth
parsley, finely chopped

Heat olive oil in non stick skillet on medium heat.
dd garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Take off heat, stir in Vermouth and garnish with parsley.
Serve with French bread or Italian pull apart bread.
