Recipe(tried): Smores - Could this recipe be what you're looking for?

Lori, I have this recipe that just may be what you're looking for. We make it at our ranch of course by a fire, which all children love to do (supervised of course!) I like it because I can have it almost all prepared ahead of time and all that needs to be done is roast the marshmallows. I layer the chocolate covered crackers on a cookie sheet and put layers of wax paper to divide them and keep them cool in an ice chest for chocolate not to get runny.

Smores

Graham crackers
Chocolate bars (Hershey)
Marshmallows
Favorite jelly (strawberry, raspberry, etc.)
Crushed pecans

Melt the chocolate in double boiler or in the microwave. Dip graham crackers and let dry on wax paper. Spread jelly over each cracker and sprinkle with pecans. Roast marshmallows and put on top of jelly and nuts. Top with chocolate covered graham cracker to make a sandwich.
