Recipe(tried): Spaghetti and Hamburger Dish

Spaghetti and Hamburger Dish

1 lb hamburger
1 onion
4 carrots, chopped fine
3 celery, chopped fine
1 tbsp vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper

Brown hamburger in large pot. Add remaining ingredients; cook till vegetables are cooked through. Serve over spaghetti.
