Spinach, Broccoli, and Artichoke Heart Casserole
1 (10 ounce) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
1 (10 ounce) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted
1/2 can artichoke heart quarters
1/2 can low-sodium, lower fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs.
Combine spinach, broccoli, and artichoke heart quarters.
Add the half can of cream of mushroom soup and mix all together well in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Spoon over top of spinach mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
