Recipe(tried): Sponge Cake

Desserts - Cakes
No, you shouldn't put rice(?) in Hungarian spongecake!

Sponge Cake

6 eggs, separated
6 tablespoon sugar
6 tablespoon flour
some salt

Whisk the egg whites until stiff and real white; set aside.

Mix together the egg yolks and sugar.

Gradually fold 1 tablespoon of flour into the beaten egg whites alternately with part of the whisked egg yolk mixture, until you have added 6 tablespoons of flour. You just mix it very slightly, just upturn the mixture tenderly.

Then bake it in HOT oven.
