No, you shouldn't put rice(?) in Hungarian spongecake!
Sponge Cake
6 eggs, separated
6 tablespoon sugar
6 tablespoon flour
some salt
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and real white; set aside.
Mix together the egg yolks and sugar.
Gradually fold 1 tablespoon of flour into the beaten egg whites alternately with part of the whisked egg yolk mixture, until you have added 6 tablespoons of flour. You just mix it very slightly, just upturn the mixture tenderly.
Then bake it in HOT oven.
