Recipe: Stevenson High School Chocolate Chip Cookies

SteVENSON HIGH SCHOOL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed hard
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 cups flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. milk chocolate chips

Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat well.

Add eggs. Beat well.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to mixture. Add vanilla.

Add chocolate chips. Do not overbeat once chips have been added.

Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes.
