STRAWBERRY MOUSSE CUPS
2 cups sliced strawberries
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin
1 cup ice cubes
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping, divided
Divide strawberries among 6 dessert dishes.
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until completely melted. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping until well blended. Spoon over strawberries.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping.
Variation: Substitute other fresh berries in season, such as blueberries, raspberries or a mixture of berries.
PHILADELPHIA STRAWBERRY MOUSSE

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
2/3 cup chopped strawberries
Stir boiling water into gelatin in small bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Beat Neufchatel cheese and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Gradually add gelatin, beating until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and strawberries.
Spoon evenly into 8 custard cups or dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
Variation: Prepare as directed, using your favorite flavor JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Gelatin, such as Orange, Lemon or Cherry.
