STROMBOLI
I use my favorite bread dough or you can use frozen bread dough, thawed.
Roll the dough out on a cookie sheet then fill with your choice of meats and cheeses (ham and cheddar, or turkey and motz, etc.)
Roll up like a jelly roll, pinch the ends in and moisten to seal. Do not let rise a second time. Cut three slashes into the top of the roll. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting. Hope this helps.
