Recipe: substitute corned beef for ham

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
Do a search of this site for "breakfast casserole ham." You can substitute your corned beef for the ham in any breakfast casserole.

I'll bet you can successfully substitute corned beef for the ham in split pea soup, clam chowder, potato soup, etc.

My husband insists on making corned beef hash with our leftovers.
