Recipe(tried): Substitute for Skirt Steak

I found a substitute for Skirt Steak. I bought "Texas Broil", a very inexpensive cut ($1.58 a pound) and marinated it for two days.

Day one - just Fiesta fajita seasoning with tenderizer.

Day two - all of the other fajita ingredients.

I pounded it thin before we grilled it (about 5 minutes total).

It was so good, we're going to try it instead of the top sirloin we use for London Broil.
