Sun-Maid Sweet 'N Spicy Pork Chops
Makes 4 servings

4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
2 onions, sliced
1 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 cup SUN-MAID Golden Seedless Raisins (gold box)
salt and pepper

Render a small amount of fat from pork chops in a heavy skillet; brown pork chops. Remove from pan, add onions and cook until soft. Return chops to pan with remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Cover; cook until pork is tender and thoroughly cooked, about 30 minutes.
