Double Burger Wraps

Makes 6 servings

1 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
2 tbs. butter
2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
6 slices cheddar cheese
6 ounce jar marinated artichokes, drained
6 flour tortillas
Butter Salt and pepper to taste

In medium skillet, heat butter and Worcestershire sauce over low heat. Meanwhile, shape beef into 3 flat rounds on wax paper. Salt and pepper to taste. Top each meat round with 2 slices of cheese, then with 2/3 of the artichokes. Fold beef around filling and seal all edges.

Increase heat under skillet to medium. Saut burgers, tow at a time, for about 5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from heat to piece of toil. Wrap with foil to keep warm. Cook remaining burgers the same way.

Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in a piece of foil. Heat in a 350 degree oven to 5 to 7 minutes, until soft and warm. Remove tortillas from oven. Spread each with butter. Cut each burger in half. Place half a burger on each tortilla. fold tortillas to enclose burger. (fold sides over burger, then fold end to make a packet.) Place burger wraps on serving plate. Eat out of hand.
