Recipe(tried): Sun Tea
Beverages Has anyone heard of Suntea???
I prefer Suntea myself as it is not bitter and needs no sugar. I am from central California and now live in central Texas. I have tried the tea from east to west and still prefer the smooth refreshing flavor of tea that has been slow brewed by the sun. You can make tea in any variety of ways but they are all basically the same. You boil the water then add the tea bags then when brewed add cold water or it will get a foggy cast to it. With Suntea it is so simple!!
All you do is get a large jar ( the size depends on how much you want to make at one time. There is no diluting with water!) You decide how much you want to make and add the appropriate tea bags and then place outside in full sun. Nothing to it except it takes a little longer to slow brew by the sun to get that great mellow suntea flavor. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I do.
