Recipe: Three-Minute Beef Kebob Dinner (pressure cooker, serves 2)

1/2 cup dry red wine
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup water
2 medium onions, cut into thirds
1 green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
3 medium carrots, cut into sticks
1/2 head cauliflower
MUSTARD TOPPING/FOR SERVING:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon oregano leaves
Dash paprika
Combine wine, vinegar, sauce, salt and pepper. Marinate beef in wine mixture at least 30 minutes.
Drain meat, reserving marinade. Place rack and 1/2 cup water in pressure cooker.
Alternately thread meat, onion and green pepper on skewers; place on rack in pressure cooker. Pour reserved marinade over kebobs. Place cauliflower beside kebobs on rack; place carrots on top of kebobs.
Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 3 minutes at 15 pounds pressure with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool pressure cooker at once.
TO SERVE:
Remove contents to serving platter. Combine butter, mustard, salt, oregano and paprika; spread on cauliflower.
