I'm not sure how Pizza Hut or Dolmino's does it but here's my secret:
Twirl it in the air if you can to stretch the dough. This will help to make it thin in the centre. Alternatively, use a rolling pin and roll it real thin. Then bake it blind for about 10 min to crisp it a little. If it puffs up just slap it down with a spatula. After that, take it out and put the toppings and bake until done.
