Recipe(tried): Tuna Potato Chip Casserole

TUNA POTATO CHIP CASSEROLE

True comfort food from my childhood.

1/2 lb. potato chips, crushed
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
soup can of milk, scant

Spray a small, shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Put 1/2 the potato chips in the bottom. Layer tuna over chips. Mix soup with milk and pour over tuna layer. Sprinkle with remaining potato chips. Bake in a slow oven, not over 300 for 50 minutes.

Let's see, I know I have tuna and soup in the pantry...wonder if I have any chips...
