1 Can Eagle Brand Condensed milk (Do Not Open)
1 lb. block chocolate
1 lb. pecan halves
Boil milk for 3 hours (really),making sure water covers the can at all times. Refrigerate overnight. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Place 2 pecan halves side by side, on waxed paper. Then put 1/2 tsp. of caramelized milk on top of pecans. Spoon chocolate over top. Let cool before removing from paper. Can also be made in turtle shaped candy molds.
