The cake photo from The Tuscan Sun Cookbook made me want to make it right away. So I did. The raw batter tasted delicious so I thought the cooked cake would too. I baked it at 325 for 55 minutes and it wasn't nearly done. My suggestion is to bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
