Watermelon Ice

3 cups watermelon juice*
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup lime juice
The French call it granite; the Italians call it granita. In any language, a refreshing finale for any meal!
In large shallow pan, stir all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved; place pan in freezer. Stir watermelon mixture every 20 minutes until frozen, about 2 hours. Cover; store in freezer. To serve, break mixture up with fork. Makes 4 servings.
*In blender, process chunks of seeded watermelon until liquefied.
Per serving: 116 calories; 28g carbohydrate; 1g protein; 0.7g fat; 1g fiber; 6mg sodium
