Appetizers and Snacks World's Best Pimento Cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese -- softened
1/3-cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic -- minced
1/3 cup fresh parsley -- chopped
3 cups (12oz) extra sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 cup slivered almonds -- toasted and chopped
1 (4oz) jar diced pimento with juice
1 to 2-tbl Worcestershire sauce
Cayenne to taste
Mix all ingredients well. Cover and chill at least 1 hr.
