Recipe: WW Macaroni and Cheese

WW Macaroni and Cheese

Adapted from WW Slim Way with Pasta, 1992
Makes 4 servings
Each serving 1/4 M, 1/2 FA, 2P, 1 1/2 B

4 1/2 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
16 slices low-fat process American cheese, shredded
1 cup skim milk
1 Tablespoon plus 1 tsp reduced-calorie margarine
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 450.

Spray 4 cup baking dish with nonstick spray, set aside.

Cook macaroni 8-10 minutes, drain.

Return macaroni to pot and combine remaining ingredients.

Spoon mixture into prepared dish and bake 15-18 minutes until gold and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
